Inverness Business Improvement District (BID) has confirmed its 'office bearers' elected to serve in its key governance roles for the next 12 months.

Inverness BID is comprised of elected volunteer peer directors who are BID members, one allocated Highland Council member as well as other suitably qualified individuals via co-opted positions.

Following its recent annual general meeting, the elected office bearers are: co-chairs, Colin Craig of Oil & Vinegar and Craig Duncan of Craigton Foods and McDonald’s franchisee; Gordon McIntosh, practice manager with Munro and Noble Solicitors who has been appointed as the new vice-chair; and Katrina Ashbolt, director with MacLeod and MacCallum who has been reappointed as the company secretary.

Colin Craig commented: ‘Craig, Gordon and I very much look forward to working with our current and our new BID board colleagues and the BID team in order to help effect positive change and to implement our new term business plan.

"By working together, with and for the many hard-working businesses in our area we are able to ultimately individually and collectively make a difference and achieve more."
