Clachnacuddin have been the beneficiaries of a goodwill gesture from Ross County, who have helped them replace vandalised property.

Back in June, the Lilywhites confirmed that a small group of people had broken into their Grant Street Park home and broken a number of seats in the stand.

However, they have now been replaced – with a little help from Staggies chairman Roy MacGregor.

A Clach statement read: "Everybody at the club would like to pass on our sincere thanks to Roy MacGregor and everyone at Ross County Football Club for their donation of new seats for our stand at Grant Street Park.

"As some of you will be aware, we were the victims of some mindless vandalism earlier in the year, which saw a number of seats within our stand damaged and broken.

"Roy immediately offered his assistance to help us replace the broken seats and we are now delighted to announce that they are now in place, painted and ready for use.

"We are truly grateful for this fantastic gesture of kindness and support from our friends at Ross County."

There is already evidence of a supportive relationship between the two clubs on the pitch, with Andrew MacLeod currently on loan at the Highland League club from County.
