Inverness Caledonian Thistle have confirmed two of their players will remain on loan until the end of the season

Defenders Sam Nixon and Jack Walker have had their deals extended at Highland League club Forres Mechanics until the end of the campaign.

The duo's original loan deals expired yesterday, but the two clubs have come to an agreement for the pair to continue their stay at Mosset Park.

Nixon and Walker, along with Calum Macleod, were signed as modern apprentices at Inverness Caledonian Thistle at the beginning of the season.

Caley Thistle goalkeeper Corey Patterson, who was on loan at Forres Mechanics earlier this season, is now on loan at Inverness club Clachnacuddin.

Ross County have also confirmed that a number of their players will remain at Highland League and League Two clubs this season.

They include Zach Macphee at Clachnacuddin, Andrew Macleod and George Robesten at Nairn County, Logan Ross at Brora Rangers and Conall Ewan at Elgin City.
