The Inverness Caledonian Thistle Supporters’ Trust have announced details of their first open meeting since the club’s relegation to League One.

A number of angry fans took to the pitch at the Caledonian Stadium after the full-time whistle was blown against Hamilton Academical, with a 5-3 aggregate defeat sending ICT down to the third tier.

Since then, club legends, politicians and supporters alike have called for change to Caley Thistle’s relationship with their fans – and upper management at the club.

Frustrations have led to a significant increase in membership at the Supporters’ Trust, who are looking to raise funds to get a seat on the board of directors.

Fans will soon have the chance to band together and make their voices heard, with an open meeting at the ICT Social Club set for the evening of Tuesday, May 28 – having originally been planned for the week after on Tuesday, June 4.

“It is vital we ensure the voices of supporters are not only heard in the stands, but also when it comes to having a say on key issues relating to the club,” the poster for the event reads.
