Queen's Park have been served a notice of complaint by the Scottish FA regarding the eligibility of Euan Henderson playing in the 2-0 win over Inverness in the fourth round tie on Tuesday.

Henderson signed for Queen's Park on loan from Hearts last Friday, six days after the original tie was postponed due to the pitch being snowbound.

Scottish Cup rule 12.5 states only those players signed for the first match can be involved in the rearranged game.

The hearing will take place at Hampden on Friday. If Queen's Park are found guilty, they could be thrown out of the competition.

Inverness would be reinstated to the tournament and face a trip to Livingston on Saturday, February 11.
