WATCH: Police Scotland, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and ambulance on scene of stand-off in Inverness neighbourhood

A large police presence remained in place in an Inverness neighbourhood this morning after a stand-off at a property in the early hours.
Six police vehicles, police dogs, a fire engine and an ambulance were still present in Mill Court in South Kessock shortly after 9am as the hours-long stand-off continued.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.55am on Friday, police received a report of a disturbance at a property in the Mill Court area of Inverness. Officers remain at the scene, following concern for a person, and enquiries are ongoing.”
A witness at the scene said that members of public could be seen speaking to someone through a downstairs window.
A neighbour, who did not wish to be named, said: "I had not long got to bed last night when I was woken by noise and commotion.
"We have had a number of disturbances here in recent times.
"It has gone on all night, with the whole cul-de-sac cordoned off and we haven't had much sleep at all."
Police officers with dogs could be heard encouraging a man to come out of the cordoned off property.
Confirming their presence at the stand-off earlier this morning, a spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We have been in attendance at Mill Court in Inverness during an ongoing police incident where we are standing by to offer assistance.
“We got the call to assist at 3.39am and one appliance from Inverness is at the address. We are still awaiting a stop message.”
