The retail manager - and current Miss Scotland - represented the nation at the 71st Miss World competition in February in India as she went up against over 100 women from across the world.

Chelsie chose the Highland Hospice as her nominated charity for the competition and has raised over £10,000 so far for the cause.

After taking part in this year’s world famous fashion show, Dress to Kilt, in Toronto, she announced that the applications for Miss Scotland have now reopened.

Miss Scotland said: “Applications for Miss Scotland have reopened, so keep an eye on our Facebook page, and I can’t wait to see all of your applications.”
