Residents are reporting that power is now being restored at properties which have been affected by an outage.

A total of 66 SSEN customers in the Harrowden Road area were affected and an engineer was due to arrive there at 3.25pm.

It was hoped that the electricity supply would be restored by 6pm but one resident in Ross Avenue has just confirmed that the power is back on.
