Inverness water supply hit by disruption as some households report low pressure

WATER customers in Inverness have reported an interruption in their supply.

Scottish Water confirmed it has received reports.

It stated: "We are currently on the way to investigate the issue and are aiming to be on site as soon as possible."

The utility company responsible for water supplies in the area added: "While we investigate, please be aware that you may experience no water supply or low/intermittent water pressure. You may also experience discoloured water."

It is not yet known how many households and businesses are affected.
