Described as a “concern for person” incident, it is understood extra precautions were taken through fears the occupant held a firearm within the flat.
He was first taken to hospital before being arrested, with enquiries into the incident, which blocked a section of the A82 along Kenneth Street.
Smashed windows are visible at the property.
