A country sing-along event bringing together Ness Factor finalists from throughout the years was a roaring success with around £1400 raised for Highland Hospice.
Organised by Liam Christie – who was crowned fundraising champion at last year's edition – Ness Factor Goes Country brought together great local talent and an incredible atmosphere, with some 200 people in attendance.
Mr Christie said: "The atmosphere was electric right from the start, everybody was in for a full country hoedown and a party.
"There were a couple of big groups in, among which a retirement party and a Christmas do – a late one!
"All the previous contestants had a ball – some didn't know one another from different years and it was a great evening with new friendships made! And they all got the buzz to perform again.
"A couple of our coaches were there to enjoy the night, as well as Lornagh Siegel – Ness Factor's organiser, which was fantastic.
"To get the crowd that we got, we are absolutely delighted and I am still buzzing with adrenaline!"
For him, the highlight of the night – which took place at the Botanic House in Inverness – was the moment all performers got to sing Country Roads together.
