PICTURES: Ness Factor returns with powerhouse performances and celebrating raising £86,000 for Highland Hospice

The Ness Factor returned on Saturday, October 28 for a night of celebration and powerhouse performances from the contestants.

The X Factor-inspired competition raised a total of £86,000 for the charity after months of efforts from the contestants.

Winner on the night was Joanne Ross, who wowed the judges with her performance of Proud. As the winner, she has the recieved the prize of playing in the Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival in 2024.

The trophy for the highest fundraiser went to Liam Christie, who raised £12,000 in the past months. Liam, who has hosted the Ness Factor in previous years, performed Sweet Home Chicago on the night.

Other performances saw a heartfelt interpretation of Hallelujah by Kenny Steele, an energetic rendition of Bohemian Rapsody by Sean MacIver and a musical-inspired performance of "Defiying Gravity" from Jennifer Thomson.
