There is still time to fill in an online consultation to feed into the creation of a Local Place Plan (LPP) for Nairn.

The LPP steering group - led by Nairn Improvement Community Enterprise (NICE) - has been running a series of events across Nairnshire communities over the past month.

For those unable to attend one of the in-person events, they have launched a “digital hall” where they share the material presented at the roadshow meetings.

On the website they state: “This is your opportunity as a local resident to tell us your wishes for the future of Nairnshire and the particular community you live in.

“You may be one of the hundreds of local people who already responded last September to our initial community survey. This new survey gives you a chance to go into more detail on the key issues which you raised then.”

Topics range from town centre regenerations, to infrastructure, jobs, housing and aspirations for the community.

You can read the material and take the survey at hnicenairn.org.uk/lpp/our-digital-hall - the online consultation will close on April 14.
