Inverness business leaders get into the festive spirit

Inverness Chamber of Commerce held its annual Christmas lunch at the Aviemore Macdonald Resort.

Business people from across the area came along to enjoy decadent canapes and a three-course lunch while taking part in some relaxed networking.

Colin Marr, chief executive of the chamber, took time to interview Aviemore MacDonald Resort’s general manager Kenny McMillan and marketing and communications manager Gaelle Delagrave.

Mr Marr said: “The lunch was a great event with lots of member businesses attending for an excellent meal.

“We heard from Kenny about his career, including being an award-winning chef, and his success in turning round the Drumossie Hotel. There were lessons for everyone about how important it is to invest in staff.

“Our raffle raised £245 for Victim Support Highland and the important work they do.”
