Highland Business Award judges said that were extremley impressed how the general manager Kenny McMillan has built his talented team of chefs and operations staff. Kenny has introduced weekly workshops to enhance skills, he's created a culture that encourages staff to experiment and a modern apprenticeship scheme that retains and develops talented young staff.

There is also a regular programme of weekends off and a profit share scheme.
