More Inverness businesses have announced that they intend to extend the Eat Out To Help Out scheme into next month.

The initiative was introduced by the UK government offering 50 per cent off meal bills up to a maximum of £10 for purchases made on Mondays to Wednesday throughout August.

It ends today and the extension will be funded by the individual businesses themselves because it proved so popular with diners.

Last week Cru Holdings – whose portfolio includes Bar One, Dows, Prime, The Classroom and Scotch & Rye – said it had decided to continue running the offer independently throughout September.

For full details please check with each individual business as this offer is funded by the businesses themselves.
