48-year-old man arrested after police in Inverness execute warrant to search home in Skinner Court, Merkinch

Police executed a search at a property in Inverness earlier today.

Officers were in Skinner Court, Merkinch around 9am this morning undertaking a drugs search.

Police said a 48-year-old man had been arrested in connection with a quantity of cannabis that had been recovered during the search.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Officers in Inverness executed a drugs search warrant at a property in Skinner Court on Thursday October 7, 2021.

“A quantity of cannabis was recovered and a 48-year-old man has been arrested in connection.”
