SCOTTISH folk/pop quartet Tide Lines has announced a show in Strathpeffer as part of their summer 2020 tour.

The band will play the Strathpeffer Pavilion on Friday, May 8 to kick off their tour dates – a series of shows that will culminated with their biggest show yet when they play Glasgow’s Kelvingrove Bandstand.

Tide Lines are in the process of recording their second album, which will be released in the spring of 2020.

Speaking about the tour, frontman Robert Robertson said: “Our Barrowlands gig was a real ‘pinch me, I can’t believe it’ moment, so the question was: what can we do to top that?

“The answer is a tour all round Scotland finishing up with an even bigger show in Glasgow. We can’t wait to get out there and let our fans hear some of the new songs we’ve been working on.”

Before 2019 ends, they will play the Ironworks, Inverness on Saturday, December 28. The concert has been sold out for several months.

Tickets for the Strathpeffer date go on sale this Thursday from 10am. Go to www.tidelinesband.com/shows
