Tickets for Chitty Chitty Bang Bang – the big musical vrooming into Eden Court from September 10 to 15 next year– go on sale on Wednesday, June 21 at midday.
In a brand-new production of the much-loved award-winning musical and family favourite, the Sherman Brothers' songs include Truly Scrumptious, Hushabye Mountain and the Academy Award-nominated title song, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
A top team of creatives are involved with the show, from director Thom Southerland (Titanic, Parade) to choreographer Karen Bruce (BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing, The Bodyguard).
And there could be a surprise for some when it comes to discovering the writer of the original story, later made into the 1968 film – it's only James Bond creator Ian Fleming!
