Highland singer songwriter Katie Gregson-Macleod features in Glasgow venue King Tut's Summer Nights opening night line-up

The Summer Nights live gigs are back at iconic Glasgow venue King Tut’s from Thursday, July 14 – and Highland singer songwriter Katie Gregson-Macleod features on that first night’s line-up.

The gigs – which run for 27 nights until August 14 – boast performances from a variety of fresh and emerging Scottish artists.

The seven weeks of summer showcase returns in full for the first time since 2019 making this year’s festival one of the most highly anticipated yet.

The festival of summer music was founded in 2011, and since then Summer Nights has been committed to delivering a programme of the hottest grassroots talent in Scotland.

This year is no different with 109 acts of diverse genres due to play including singer-songwriter and TikTok star Calum Bowie, laptop rock duo MEMES, psychedelic trio Miracle Glass Company, synth-pop band Echo Machine, and many more.

Lewis singer songwriter Rosie Sullivan will feature on the bill for the night of Sunday, July 27.
