Q What has the band been up to so far this year – edited highlights at least for the Bandstock audience coming along next Sunday to the Beaufort Hotel for this new event?

A Iain: We released our single Waste Of Time at a sold-out Tooth & Claw show and the single has enjoyed radio on both sides of the Atlantic.

Q What are the biggest challenges for you in music this year so far – has anything made you change or adapt your original plans for what you wanted to achieve?

A Steve: Life was our biggest challenge as we previously planned to tour more, but commitments have kept us grounded to Inverness which is where the genesis of Bandstock came from – to play some music with some other great local bands!

Q Tell us about your music and what keeps it exciting for you and what gets you being creative and pushing yourself(ves) forward?

A Mark: Space Van is a retro-influenced rock band. We enjoy bouncing off each other creatively and that gives us the drive to move forward as a unit.
