Scottish Cup hero Jordan White says Inverness Caledonian Thistle were due a victory against Ross County after helping his team progress to the quarter finals.

The striker pulled his team from behind twice by scoring both goals to bring the game into extra time after the two teams were locked at 2-2 winning the shoot-out 5-4.

The 27-year-old said it was an epic encounter on Tuesday night and was confident they always had what it took to get themselves back in the game.

“There was a difference of emotions,” he said.

“It was frustrating - we fell behind and that we got ourselves back into it and then lost the goal again."
