Video: Inverness Harriers come out on top at Nairn 10K

Inverness Harriers athletes Sean Chalmers and Jenny Bannerman were crowned champions at the Nairn 10K on Sunday afternoon.

Dingwall athlete Chalmers took the men's title winning in 30 minutes 49 seconds with Moray Road Runners athlete Kenny Wilson second in 30:58 and Inverness Harriers Stephen Mackay taking bronze in 31:30.

The Fortrose Academy PE teacher was pleased with his performance in cold conditions.

Meanwhile Bannerman made it six wins out of six in the women's race winning in 35:36. Inverness Harrier Amy Hudson was second in 37:06 with Moray Road Runner Michelle Slater third in 40:51.

She was pleased to continue her undefeated streak in the event.
