Teenagers train with grand slam qualifier

Fortrose tennis player Zoe Eriksen was given the opportunity to train with an Inverness athlete who had just returned from playing at one of the biggest tennis tournaments in the world.

Along with Kim Johnstone from Inverness, the duo met up with French Open qualifier Isabelle Wallace at Bellfield Park in Inverness.

Wallace played at the famous clay courts of Paris just one week before returning to Bellfield Park to train with the teenagers who hope to follow in her footsteps.

The 21-year-old who made her grand slam debut in Paris in singles competition travelled to Inverness to meet the duo who are ranked among the top five tennis players at junior level in Scotland.
