Ross County goalkeeper Scott Fox says that starting well will be crucial to the Staggies’ aim of bouncing straight back up to the Scottish Premiership next season.

On paper it’s an extremely open division, with half of the clubs in the league likely to be pushing for promotion.

Fox says County are definitely one of those clubs, but that the players know that they’re not going to have an easy time of it.

"I think it’s going to be difficult, we know that, you need to earn it.

"We’re not under any illusions that we’re going to go out and just win the games."
