Ross County are on the verge of achieving something special this season.

That is the view of midfielder Jamie Lindsay after the Staggies got their Championship campaign off to a winning start against Alloa on Saturday.

The former Celtic youngster was part of the side that were relegated from the Premiership last season, but after making his loan switch permanent, he insists there is a much more positive atmosphere around the Global Energy Stadium this time around.

"There’s a different feel about the place this season," he said.
