INVERNESS are on the hunt for a new manager at the North Division One shinty club - just weeks before the 2013 season starts.

News has emerged this afternoon (Wednesday) that manager Callum McLeod has "resigned with immediate effect" and the first-team players have been informed.

Skye, who were set to face the city side this weekend in a friendly, have been told that the match is postponed.

Those interested in applying for the job have been urged to contact club president Peter Gow as soon as possible on 01463 232484 or to email peter@gows.go-plus.net
