LOVAT will look to reach another Camanachd Cup final when they face Oban Camanachd in their semi final clash in Fort William tomorrow afternoon.

The Kiltarlity outfit have reached the final of the competition in four of the last five tournaments, but have finished runners-up on each occasion.

Lovat have won the competition twice in their history, with their last victory in 2015 ending a 62-year wait from their first victory back in 1953.

Jamie Matheson will look to lead his team to another final who are in good form in the league after they recovered from a poor start to the campaign as they are currently in third place after a 2-0 win over Glasgow Mid-Argyll.

It is their last realistic chance to win silverware this season after being knocked out of the Macaulay Cup and Kingussie cruising to a successful title defence in the Premiership.

The winner will face Kingussie in the final which will take place at Bught Park in Inverness on September 16.

Kingussie reached the final when they defeated Kinlochshiel 2-1 in their semi final last weekend at Bught Park in Inverness.

In the Premiership, Beauly continue their fight against relegation when they head to Tignabruaich to face a resurgent Kyles Athletic.

After a promising start to the campaign, Beauly have suffered a loss of form and now find themselves in the relegation zone.

They are in ninth place on nine points, one point behind Skye, who still have a game in hand.

But victory could move Beauly out of the drop zone and if Skye lose at bottom of the table Glasgow Mid-Argyll when they clash at Yoker.

Elsewhere, champions Kingussie can take a massive step towards defending their title if they beat Kinlochshiel at Balmacara tomorrow.

Kingussie are top of the table on goal difference from Newtonmore, but they have four games in hand on their neighbours.
