GLENURQUHART warmed up for the new Premiership season when they celebrated lifting the Ali Bhan Cup and MacDonald Cup with victories over Strathglass.

The Drumnadrochit outfit ran riot at Blairbeg Park to beat Strathglass 9-0 in the Ali Bhan Cup.

Sean Brown was named as man of the match for Glenurquhart in what was a ruthless performance at Blairbeg Park.

Glenurquhart also celebrated success when they defeated Strathglass 2-1 to win the MacDonald Cup.

Glenurquhart were promoted to the Premiership after finishing in second place in the National Division last season. It is the first time they will be playing in the top flight since being relegated in 2018.

They start their Premiership campaign on Saturday at Lovat.
