Ross County Cricket Club will kick off their 2018 Senior League campaign at home to RAF Lossiemouth, who are returning to the league after a five year absence.

The last time the two clubs faced off in Senior League action in 2013, Ross County suffered a heavy loss by eight wickets. But Lossiemouth would go on to scratch the return fixture later that year.

Elsewhere, last year’s top two teams face off on the opening weekend, as Forres St Lawrence host Buckie.

Forres claimed the 2017 league title by a single point, or 0.36 per cent, so Buckie will be out to prove a point.

Huntly host Nairn County on April 28, Fort William travel to Northern Counties and Elgin face Highland in the rest of the opening round of fixtures.
