Rugby star Ross Gordon can’t wait to get back into the thick of the action after missing several seasons due to injury.

The Ross Sutherland forward (20) picked up a knee ligament injury four years ago that kept him out of the game for an extended period.

But he has returned to the fold after a discussion with head coach John Mann.

“I’m pleased to be back. I was out for three or four years,” he said.

“It started when I tore a ligament in my knee and I just didn’t really get back into it after that.
