THERE is a four-way tie at the top of the leaderboard going into the final round of the Barclays Scottish Open at a rain-sodden Castle Stuart.

Overnight leaders Graeme McDowell and Scots duo Peter Whiteford and Scott Jamieson, were joined by Peter Hanson on 11-under.

There are three players - Luke Donald, Barry Lane and Jose Manual Lara - tied on 10 under, while six players, including Angel Cabrera and Paul Lawrie are a shot further back.

Amazingly, there are 13 players all on eight under. Colin Montgomerie, Lee Westwood, Padraig Harrington, Matt Kuchar, Justin Rose and defending champion Edoardo Molinari are amongst this group.

The final round was due to tee-off at 11.15am with the leaders getting under way at 1.15pm.
