Highland Rugby Club are set to be welcomed back to action with a physical battle against Preston Lodge.

The two sides meet in the National League Cup quarter finals on Saturday at Canal Park in the first match back after a two week break for the Six Nations.

They have already faced each other twice in the league this season, with Highland coming out on top each time.

So head coach Dave Carson feels like he knows exactly what to expect from the East Lothian outfit at the weekend.

“We had two good games against them,” he recalled.

“Obviously the last one was away from home, it was a really physical game."
