Nairn County A proved no match for Fort William as they suffered a 6–1 defeat in the North Caledonian League clash at Nairn Academy.
It was the only football match to take place in the Highland region on Saturday as all other North Caledonian League and Highland League matches were postponed.
Fort William took the lead in the 17th minute and then doubled their advantage two minutes later through Asad Ahmed.
Nairn Colts pulled one back through Kyle Macdonald in the 21st minute with the scoreline 2-1 at half time.
But Fort William dominated the second half with Andrew Maclean making it 3-1 before Iain MacLellan scored a hat-trick to blow Nairn away.
