Opening goal will be crucial at Alloa

Inverness Caledonian Thistle assistant manager Scott Kellacher thinks that getting the first goal will be crucial at Alloa on Saturday.

This will be the first game in the second round of fixtures in the Scottish Championship, after Alloa denied Caley Thistle all three points despite being reduced to 10 men earlier in the season.

On that day, Alloa were happy to play defensively, but while Kellacher would like to think that they will be a little more adventurous on home turf, he is expecting a similar battle.

"You’d like to think that they’d maybe have a go a wee bit more at home, but from reading a bit about their game on Saturday, they got their goal and then they just sat in and made things difficult for Partick," he said.
