Nairn County unable to field team against Keith due to significant number of players in self isolation

Nairn County have been forced to postpone their Highland League match against Keith on Saturday as a number of players continue to be in self isolation.

The Highland League have announced Nairn County would not be able to field a team at Kynoch Park on Saturday.

Last week, one person at Nairn County tested positive for Coronavirus which forced 15 people in the club to go into self isolation, resulting in their season opener against Clachnacuddin being called off.

Nairn County chairman Donald Matheson announced yesterday six players who had been self isolating got the green light to return to training.

Nairn County have yet to play a game this season and are scheduled to face Threave Rovers in the Scottish Cup on Saturday, December 12.
