The 28-year-old has left Station Park after five and half years at Nairn County.

Porritt started out his career with Ross County before spending two years at Brora Rangers, where he won the Highland League.

He moved on to Fort William in January 2016 before joining Nairn County in 2017.

Porritt made 138 appearances for the club and scored eight goals.

Manager Steven Mackay confirmed the midfielder's departure.

Mackay said: “Adam has a young family, which need his time and support and we felt it was better for him leave the football club and focus on them 100 per cent without any distractions.

“Adam leaves with our best wishes and I hope to see him back playing football sometime in the future.”
