SANDY McLeod says Clachnacuddin have to learn how to keep their lead after throwing away another win to draw 1–1 against Deveronvale in Banff.

Scott Graham gave Clachnacuddin the lead in the second half at Princess Royal Park before Kyle Gauld equalised for a share of the spoils.

Deveronvale finished the match with 10 men as Kyle Willox was sent off and McLeod was disappointed Clach could not make the man advantage count or maintain their lead.

“In the second half, it looked like we were playing with 10 men and Deveronvale had 11,” he said.
“When you go 1–0 up you are thinking that you should be able to control the game.

“That didn’t happen and we allowed them back into the match.

“We lost the goal because our defenders didn’t track the runners.

“It was another two points dropped and it has happened for the second week in a row.

“It happened at Wick and now Deveronvale. “These are games we could have taken six points from.”
