Mann encouraged by tries on the road

Ross Sutherland coach John Mann thinks that the Stags have turned a corner after scoring four tries on their travels last weekend.

They shared the spoils with Lossiemouth in a 29-29 draw.

Victory had beckoned after Mann’s men raced into a 13 point lead, but weather conditions played a big part in the turnaround of fortunes.

Therefore Mann is focusing on the positives of his side – who are notoriously poor travellers – amassing that many points in the first place.

"It was an absolute cracker," Mann said.
