CLACHNACUDDIN manager Sandy McLeod is determined to help his players raise their game at Turriff United tomorrow after losing at home to Fort William last weekend.
The Lilywhites suffered a 1–0 defeat at Canal Park seven days ago as Fort William did the double over the Lilywhites in the Highland League this season.
It came after Clach had looked impressive against Wick Academy, Deveronvale and Buckie Thistle in their previous three games.
McLeod said the defeat on Friday was a sore one to take for his players and everyone at the club.
He says his team can’t afford to be complacent or they could suffer another defeat against a team below them in the table.
“We are so inconsistent, we do well for a few games and then we suffer a dip,” he said.
“It is up to myself to lift them in training and get them back up again.
“We need to go down to Turriff and get a result.
“On our day we are capable of doing it.
“There is no rhyme or reason for it.
“But we need consistency as that is why we are down the bottom of the league.”
