Last week saw the club play their first match when they beat Heriot-Watt 74–69 at Millburn Academy.

Head coach John Kerray said it was an impressive start to the season, but they have high ambitions on what they want to achieve.

“We did it with our under-18 team who managed to get promoted within two seasons and we are capable of doing it too.”

The team has been formed from the top players from clubs who compete in the Highland Basketball League.

Kerray says there is a lot of talent in Inverness and the club was keen to give them the chance to play at the highest level in Scotland.
