Distance runner Megan Keith has been confirmed as one of 10 Scots in Britain's squad for the European Under-20 Champinships in Tallinn, Estonia later this month.

The same venue is currently hosting the Under-23 Championships, but in two weeks it will be the turn of the younger cohort to compete.

It is no surprise that Keith is included in the squad, having become British champion over 3000m in the age group last month, but the official announcement was only made public today.

Keith has competed at the event before, albeit in a different event.

Then she raced in cross country, and as one of the older athletes in the age bracket this time around the 19-year-old may well be expecting a good result.
