Inverness Winter Darts league wraps up
All three divisions in the Innes Bar Inverness Winter Darts League were completed last week and there were a couple of surprise results to round off an excellent season.
A League champions for the 24th time, Portland A, finished their season undefeated with a 7–5 win against Seaforth Club.
Battlefield Bullies confirmed third spot with an 8–4 victory over bottom of the league Tarradale, whilst runners-up East End Arrows were awarded a 12–0 walkover as Innes Bar C could not raise a team.
As in the top division the champions, Castle Street Elite, ended their season without loss but were held to a 6–6 draw against Thistle B.
In the Innes derby Power stormed to a 9–3 win over Innes Bar to take second place, while Canteen had a 12–0 walkover against Legion.
Raigmore lost both of their matches after being crowned C League champions after going down 8–4 against 147 Buddies, who finish the championship just one point off the pace.
Keppoch Belles went out on a high with a 9–3 win over SoBar Pirates, while Chieftain Storm beat Arrowsmiths 8–4.
Tonight’s action is all about the cups as Portland A, looking for a record 15th Supreme Cup title against league runners-up East End Arrows.
Meanwhile, both semi finals in the Consolation Trophy will take place at the Keppoch with Raigmore facing Innes X and Still Game playing Canteen.
The Inverness Singles take place on April 14, with the Consolation Cup final the week after. The Summer League will begin on Thursday, April 28.
