Rachel Maclennan breaks Inverness Harriers Hammer club record for third competition in a row

Inverness Harriers hammer thrower Rachel Maclennan has broken the club record in her third successive competition.

The 19-year-old rewrote the record books again when she set a new personal best of 47 metres 92 centimetres at Queens Park last night.

She smashed the previous record by over 150 centimetres of 46 metres and 38 centimetres, two weeks previously.
