Inverness Golf Club teenager is called up to Scotland squad to compete in the Netherlands

Inverness Golf Club player Summer Elliott has been called up to the Scotland squad to play at Girls’ and Boys’ Quadrangular in The Netherlands.

The teenager is one of four girls named in the squad that will compete at Kennemer Golf Club, from Tuesday, April 4 to Thursday, April 6.

This year the event will see a girls’ team is comprised of four under-17 golfers, and the boys’ of six under-17s.

Practice rounds will take place on Tuesday, April 4, with match play on Wednesday, April 5.and Thursday, April 6.

Sofia McGhie (Lancaster)

Summer Elliott (Inverness)

Boys' Team

Aidan Lawson (Bruntsfield Links)

Alexander Yuill (Gullane)

Archie Cook (Goswick)

Brodie Cunningham (Bothwell Castle)

Finlay Galloway (St Andrews)

Oli Blackadder (Deeside)
