Devine received his marching orders after getting a straight red card during the second half on Friday night.

The fast tracked tribunal hearing will take place at Hampden on Wednesday and if the appeal is successful, Devine will be available for the play-off final first leg against St Johnstone on Friday.

Full back Wallace Duffy's sending off can't be appealed due to him receiving two yellow cards during the match.
