INVERNESS and Dingwall hosted top badminton players at the Highland Open Championships at the Leisure Centre last weekend.
In the men's doubles' final Kenneth Cheung and Finlay Sheriff beat Alan Mcmillan and Craig Robertson 13-21 21-19 21-19.
In the ladies doubles' final, number one seeds Sophie Barrie and Nivedha Srinivasan beat number two seeds Emma Donald and Sophie Ford in the final 21-17 16-21 21-13.
The mixed doubles saw the top four seeds make the semi finals.
Andrew Reid and Shannon Leslie took the first game against Mark and Shona MacKay 19-21.
But the number one seeds fought back to win the next two games 21-14 21-15 to secure their place in the final.
Kenneth Cheung and Emma Donald beat Finlay Sheriff and Sophie Ford 21-17 21-15 to put them through to the final.
Mark and Shona MacKay retained their title of Mixed Doubles champions, winning 21-13 21-14.
Sunday was the singles competitions played in the Black Isle Leisure Centre in Dingwall.
Ganesh Ram Balaji defeat Mark Mackay in the final 21-13 21-18.
In the ladies singles, first seed Sophie Ford and second seed Shona MacKay both made their way to the final without dropping a game.
Ford came out on top in the final winning 21-15 21-17.
