Inverness Caledonian Thistle loanee Cammy Kerr has seen his red card against Partick Thistle overturned.

The 28-year-old was sent off at Firhill last weekend after being shown a second yellow card, the first of which was for simulation.

Usually, yellow cards cannot be appealed, but in the cases of simulation or mistaken identity, they can.

Manager Duncan Ferguson felt they had a strong case that proved Kerr did not dive against Partick, and after reviewing the incident the Scottish FA’s fast track tribunal agreed.

Therefore, Kerr’s first yellow card has been rescinded, and his suspension overturned, meaning he will be available for ICT’s game against Arbroath this Saturday.
