Jordan White is convinced he is poised to hit a more productive spell in front of goal after enduring lean times through the autumn.
The big Caley Thistle striker netted with a sublime finish in Saturday’s crucial victory over promotion rivals Ayr United, only his third since August.
But the 27-year-old, while aware of criticism from the stands, refused to let the dry spell eat away at his confidence.

The former Livingston, Wrexham and Barrow forward, who hit 16 last term and now has six for this season, stressed: “My goal actually came from something we’d been working on in training. It was a really good ball in to me from Dave Carson and, thankfully, I took the chance well."
