The 23-year-old, who was named Ross County's young player of the year and scored the club's goal of the season during the 2021/22 campaign, has joined Huddersfield Town until the end of the season.

Hungbo has been at Watford since 2019 following his departure from Crystal Palace.

During his time at the Global Energy Stadium in Dingwall last season, Hungbo made 33 appearances and scored six goals.

This season at Watford, Hungbo has featured nine times including starts against MK Dons and Reading in the Carabao Cup and FA Cup respectively - taking his tally of total club appearances to 17.

Huddersfield are fighting against relegation from the English Championship and are in 22nd place.

Huddersfield are coached by former Ross County midfielder Mark Fotheringham, who played for the Staggies in the 2012-13 season.

Hungbo could make his debut for Huddersfield on Saturday against Blackpool.
